Our offices are open from Monday to Thursday, between 8.30am and 12 noon and from 1pm to 4.30pm. On Fridays, you can reach us between 8.30am and 12 noon.

For customers with a service contract, Blackdog offers support 24/7. Our standby service is always available by phone, so you can count on our vigilance at any time of the day or night. Security never sleeps. Please note that additional charges may apply for interventions outside office hours.
